This SSC project was done over two years at University of Victoria in the Campus Health Clinic to create sustainable and spreadable mental health programs for community health clinics. Research also includes data on the implementation of a full-time mental health nurse, an in-clinic CBT therapist for depression and anxiety, and a Managing Emotions program for those with emotional regulation and/or borderline personality disorder.
