This event is available via videoconference throughout Northern Health. If you are interested, please reply to this email for more information and to have your videoconference set up.

We are also running a new option for our Friday rounds now where you can connect from anywhere as long as you have a good internet connection, a laptop with a camera (camera not mandatory), and a phone (see below for more information on how to connect).

New Connection Method - Connect via Web Browser:
1. Enter the below URL into your Google Chrome or Safari web browser. Do not use Internet Explorer
2. https://meet.vc.ubc.ca/webapp/
3. Enter the 5-digit conference ID (30337) and your name.
4. Click Join to enter the meeting at the exact start time of the meeting.
5. If joining for the first time, you will be asked to allow your camera and mic to be accessed, click yes.

If you experience VC issues during the session, call the MedIT service desk at 1.877.266.0666 – option #2, as usual.
I will be sharing a link with a survey to complete in order to gather your feedback on the new bridge, and also to identify any issues.
