PLI – Crucial Conversations

Both days are required. Breakfast and Lunch is provided. 

Course Description: 
A key difference between good and great physicians leaders is that great physician leaders achieve results even when differences of opinion are significant, the stakes are high in terms of outcomes and emotions are strong. Great physician leaders excel at these kinds of crucial conversations.

This course will help you to master the skills you need to candidly and respectfully handle high-stakes conversations, achieve better results and enhance relationships
