Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) is an eight-week evidence-based program that offers secular, intensive mindfulness training. This course runs May 11th to June 29th and will include 8 x 2.5 hour session held virtually on Tuesday evenings and a one all-day retreat. It is important that the majority of these sessions are attended when signing up for this course. Registration is free, with the expectation that participants will be able to join most if not all sessions.

Better tolerate uncertainty, change and complexity
Perceive self & others with more clarity & compassion
Improve skillful decision making and collaborating
