One of the Regional MHSU Service Network’s highest priorities for Northern Health is to increase competency in completing Mental Health Act forms for involuntarily admitted patients, with particular attention to Forms 4.1, 4.2 and 5. This work is prioritized as a provincial mandatory initiative and is based on quarterly MHA form audit results and criteria. The goal is to understand challenges and barriers in form completion, increase knowledge and awareness of legislation, and share regional resources and contact information. Please join our regional team in a collaborative space to discuss questions and share information on Mental Health Act form completion.Speakers:Dr. Barb KaneGraham Hall, Executive Lead, MHSUNick Rempel, Strategic Lead, MHAS Regional ServicesHow to join:Register: Mental Health Act Forms Town Hall Online Event Physician Education physician.education@northernhealth.ca America/Vancouver public
