Northern Health (NH) will be receiving a team of seven Accreditation Canada Surveyors between July 10-15, 2022 to complete the second half of our evaluation on Primary and Community Care & Population Health.
Despite the twice-postponed nature of this planned evaluation of these sectors of our Northern Health Services, communities have successfully completed self-assessments, attestation, and related improvement work to help meet and sustain national quality standards.
As Northern Health CEO Cathy Ulrich says, “By working on these standards of excellence, we can provide exceptional health services to Northerners.”
On-site locations by HSDA
The evaluation will include clinical leadership, service delivery (including people centered care), medication management and infection prevention and control at twenty-one primary and community care sites.
