Pulmonary function labs across Northern Health are accredited to meet the BC Diagnostic Accreditation program standards for diagnostic testing. To order pulmonary diagnostic testing for your patient please use the regional pulmonary diagnostic requisition (PDF).
The provincial Home Oxygen Program government subsidy is available for Northern Health patients who meet requirements and is prescribed by a physician. To request home oxygen for your patient please complete the Home Oxygen Program application (PDF).
