The issue: The backorder for methotrimeprazine 25 mg/mL x 1 mL injectable from Sanofi-Aventis has been extended. NH currently has approximately 2 to 4 weeks of inventory in pharmacies and wardstock locations and will likely stock out unless conservation measures continue to be carried out.
