August 2022 formulary update - effective August 11, 2022
Included in the update:
- Exciting new triple therapy inhaler
- Addition of another filgrastim brand (Nivestym) (restricted to pediatrics)
- Three brands are now on formulary and they are not interchangeable: Nivestym, Neupogen, Grastofil
- Discontinuation of fenofibrate regular release
- Several other BC Cancer and BC CFC changes
