The Shared Care Committee of Doctors of BC is conducting an evaluation of RACE and other rapid access services in order to plan its future. Please take a few minutes to share your experience with RACEand make sure your views are included in shaping the service. We would like to hear from you even if you are not currently using the service.
If you complete the survey, which will take about 10 minutes (or less if you don’t currently use RACE), as a token of our appreciation you can enter a draw to win one of five $100 Amazon gift certificates.
