Tapestry Foundation for Health Care is hosting the 14th annual Geriatric Services Conference on Friday, April 7, 2017 from 7:45 am - 4:30 pm and is at the Vancouver Convention Centre. This year's theme is Going Beyond: Explore. Engage. Evolve.
The 2017 conference will explore new ideas, and the latest research and strategies for going beyond the status quo in older adult mental health. Plenary sessions and workshop discussions will include clinical and ethical issues and innovative knowledge translation.
The Geriatric Services Conference offers high-caliber education for BC professionals to share and discuss research, best practices and health care ethics in the field of gerontology. Delegates include physicians, nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, physiotherapists and other members of the interdisciplinary teams.
