Northern Health is using Accreditation Canada’s Qmentum program to guide our quality improvement efforts. This involves assessing and improving the services we provide based on Accreditation Canada’s standards. The organization self-assessment for managing medications is an online survey that asks you to rate how you think Northern Health’s services meet Accreditation Canada’s requirements. The results help us identify areas of improvement.
Your responses are completely anonymous. They are sent directly to Accreditation Canada and NH receives a summary of the results.
