The JCCs will sponsor the registration fees, travel and sessional (maximum 7 hours per day) for all practicing physicians within BC to attend Champions of Change (Feb 21). Physicians who attend Champions of Change are also eligible to receive sponsorship to Health Talks and the Quality Forum’s main two days of programming (Feb 22-23). Physicians should enter discount code JCC18gp-sp at the bottom of the registration form to complete their complimentary registration.
