Northern Health’s Antimicrobial Stewardship Program has prepared a quarter 4 update for this fiscal year. A highlight report has been created; it gives an overview of the ongoing projects and drug therapy problems related to antimicrobials identified across the health authority. Similar to the quarter 3 report, there is no update on antimicrobial utilization at this time. We have found a potential solution to the data collection discrepancies and plan to share these metrics in the annual report which will be distributed in June.
