We received very positive feedback from the first webinar, and it looks as if the webinars are effective opportunities for staff and physicians of Northern Health to sharpen their skills.
I want to remind you about the next one-hour webinars scheduled for Tuesday, December 19, 2017, from 12 to 1 pm (PST). The title of the webinar is “Effective communication at work”, and the learning outcomes are the following:
- Understand the three major communication styles
- Develop techniques to communicate assertively
- Speak effectively when conversing about conflict
- Recognize the barriers that can get in the way of listening
