Review bimodal peak- why this can be a problem, extubating too soon, what to do with rising crp, trending d-dimers. Review problems - clotting, pneumothoraces, bipap problems, aspiration, level of observation, sedation/sleep, anxiety, multiple organ failure, COVID mimics- dka/chf, gi bleeds, crrt/volume balance, to trache or not to trache. Define long COVID - late presentations, reintubation, Aerosol Generation procedures/ risk, suggestions on what to do while waiting for a test Intubation considerations- who, where, how, lining/proning, trajectories and prognostication. Discuss myths and what works with COVID - vitamins/ remdesevir/ toci, high flow/airvo/proning/diuresis, COVID code and code status considerations, donning/doffing, practicalities/pitfalls, power of the X-ray/imaging considerations, when to CT.  Review transport considerations and pharmacy.  Discuss how to manage your team - morale, team-based nursing, how to manage external pressures, ICU charge nurses.
