Please join us virtually for physician advocacy for change. Doctors of BC and CMA Joule are offering this new virtual physician leadership institute course designed for doctors. The course covers topics including: Advocating effectively in your day-to-day work as a doctor as well as preparing advocacy plans and frameworks to lead meaningful change in your workplace.

Learning objectives:
Recognize how advocacy is a part of a physician’s day-to-day practice
Describe the key elements of effective advocacy – including the different forms that advocacy may take
Examine how to advocate in a hostile environment or where advocacy is not encouraged
Collaborate with peers to use the advocacy framework
Create a strategic advocacy approach
Prepare an advocacy action plan leveraging an advocacy framework to help lead meaningful change
