Add to my calendar 2021-04-06 21:15:00 2021-07-13 21:15:00 Institute for Healthcare Improvement Joy in Work online courses To help reverse the worrying trend, the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) partnered with experts around the world to create Finding and​ Creating Joy in Work,​ beginning April 6, 2021. This 12-week online course with coaching is full of new thinking, resources, strategies, frameworks​, and solutions that will help workforces truly thrive. The learning format of this online course includes six weeks of biweekly video content, three all-learner calls, and an opportunity for added coaching​.
