Medical Staff Town Halls are an opportunity to get the latest information from Northern Health leaders and ask questions about topics that have been identified as a priority by medical staff. For each session, Northern Health’s leadership will give a brief presentation, then provide an opportunity for medical staff to ask questions or provide comments. Learning Objectives:
Review and discuss the evolution from Clinical Quality Programs to Service Networks
Describe the clinical and operational leadership structures within Service Networks
Describe the functions of and design within Service Networks (e.g., Consensus Groups and Reference Groups)
Discuss how medical staff can be involved in the planning, quality improvement and implementation of services across the region.
