• Review and apply the changes in the federal MAiD legislation
• Describe when a Waiver of Final Consent can be used
• Describe the differences for a patient whose death is reasonably foreseeable and for a patient whose death is not reasonably foreseeable
• Describe the changes that will come into effect in the future
