Session 2: Aggression in children with autism and related nuerodevelopmental disorders
Presenters: Dr. Jennifer Russel, Dr. Jennifer Begg, Dr. Robin Friedlander, and Patient Partners
Children and youth with Autism and related NDD’s, commonly present with aggression and disruptive behavior. In this presentation we will outline and work through an algorithm we have developed to help understand and treat aggression in these children.
Several cases will be reviewed and a family perspective will be integrated throughout the presentation.

About autism, FASD and kids with intellectual disability
An approach to assess and treat kids with neuropsychiatric disorders who present with aggression and or agitation
