Ten-minute CBT is an introductory workshop that reviews ten of the 52 tools covered in the original CBT Tools module, along with some highly-practical tips harvested from other three-hour modules. If you'd like a high-impact introduction, or if you'd like a refresher of the material you took before, ten-minute CBT is an excellent choice.
