Identify patients with T2D at elevated cardio-renal risk who would benefit from additional medical management.
Become familiar with novel agents that slow nephropathy progression, independent of glucose control.
Discuss the use and management of the novel class of nonsteroidal mineralocorticoid receptor antagonists.
