In this webinar, the first case: "How do occupational therapists foster constructive deprescribing in people with developmental or acquired brain injuries?" will be presented by two experienced occupational therapists, while the second case: "Listen to patients and families about drugs used for severe chronic pain" will be presented by a patient and his RN/MD daughter. Both include video illustrations and contribute fresh insights about dealing with adverse drug effects - even to experienced practitioners in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, and other fields. Begin to develop a plan to simplify by deprescribing potentially harmful or redundant drugs.
