Workshop hours are 8 am to 12:15 pm. You're totally free every afternoon and evening to join your family in exploring the world's #1 theme park—and to delight in the joy on your children's faces. The 12.0 hour workshop is the acclaimed "triple strength" CBT for Depression module, accredited for 36.0 Mainpro+ credits* by the College of Family Physicians of Canada. Please join us and you'll gain a plethora of ultra-brief techniques to help your patients defeat depression and be happy. General interest topics covered include procrastination, perfectionism, rumination, self-criticism, self-handicapping, letting go of the past, decision-making, and evidence-based marital enrichment. Head instructor: Greg Dubord, MD is nicely warmed up after giving over 500 CBT workshops, and a University of Toronto CME Teacher of the Year. Assistant faculty includes UofT's Angie Hong, MD who will be presenting on CBT tools for obesity, with a focus on the management of cravings, urges, and "food addiction". *American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) members are eligible to receive up to 36.0 Prescribed credit hours for attendance at CBT Canada’s 12.0 hour (/36.0 Mainpro+ credit) workshops due to a reciprocal agreement with the College of Family Physicians (AAFP, 2016).
