Overview: CBT Ottawa will be held Thursday June 18 and Friday June 19, 2020 at the Shaw Centre (formerly known as the Ottawa Convention Centre). Workshop hours are from 9 am to 4:30 pm, including a catered lunch from 12 pm to 1 pm.
The CME is the three-credits-per-hour CBT Tools module (12.0 hours / 36.0 Mainpro+ credits*). Join us and you'll learn a multitude of ultra-brief CBT techniques to make your work much easier with both medical and psychiatric patients.
Primary faculty: Greg Dubord, MD is limber like a monkey from giving over 500 CBT workshops, and a recent University of Toronto CME Teacher of the Year.
*American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) members are eligible to receive up to 36.0 Prescribed credit hours for attendance at CBT Canada’s 12.0 hour (/36.0 Mainpro+ credit) workshops due to a reciprocal agreement with the College of Family Physicians (AAFP, 2016).
