Learning Objectives:

• Identify unique barriers that Two-Spirit, trans, and non-binary youth experience when accessing care in their home communities
• Identify practical strategies for improving and sustaining access to gender-affirming care in your services
• Identify a provincial resource for seeking up-to-date information on 1=1xisting gender-affirming mental health services (i.e. TCBC Health Nav Team)
• Identify at least two provincial resources for seeking up-to-date information about gender-affirming medical care (i.e. TCBC Health Nav Team & R.A.C.E. Line)
• Identify a provincial resource for seeking regional family support and peer-based resources (i.e. TCBC Peer-support directory)
