Northern Health has been working to advance co-leadership between physician and administrative leaders over the past several years. This education series is meant for dyads to do with their local teams, applying new skills and tools to a quality improvement project at your site and learning virtually with your colleagues across the region. Your team will have the support of a physician quality improvement coach to support your learning and project work. The learning series is comprised of eight, 1.5 hour virtual learning sessions held on Thursday afternoons from 12:30 pm - 14:00 pm starting September 16, 2021.
