Please join us virtually for UBC Sauder surgical team workshop. This workshop is designed for surgical teams (dyad/triads-physician leaders and their administrative counterparts). It will be practical and interactive and you will have the opportunity to work in breakouts with team members from your specific site. Our objective is to give you frameworks and tools that you can apply to begin addressing your challenges together as a team.
The workshop will be delivered in three 90-minute modules delivered on September 15, October 20, and November 17. Each surgical team will also meet twice in between each module. When registering for the workshop, please ensure that your entire team can commit to attending all modules and all check-in sessions (total of 8.5 hours over 3-4 months).

Learning objectives:
Discuss the broader issue at a systems level
Identify and define a site-specific challenge/problem related to surgery scheduling
Identify system-level solutions that can alleviate some of the issues
