The issue: Odan has issued a voluntary, type 3 recall for one lot of lidocaine 12 mg/dose endotracheal spray. This recall is due to a potential for the dispenser to leak. Type 3 recalls are defined by Health Canada as unlikely to cause adverse health effects.
